Instead of cutting, you could do anything you want like singing, dancing, drawing, listening to music, anything at all.
If you feel happy, then sing, dance or whatever.
If you feel sad, search for cute pics of animals to make you happy.
If you feel frustrated or angry, scream or grab a stress ball and stomp on it ;
If you're lonely find a friend.
There are many ways to find an outlet for you.
cutting is never an answer.
If you feel that you can't find an outlet, talk to someone. Let them be your outlet.
